Policy

I am so thankful for all my clients, whether its your first or 100th time with me, I like to treat everyone equally with the same respect. As you know, I work one on one with every client. Although I am not charging you per hour, unless its a color correction, I’am charging for my work and knowledge. Very rare you’ll cross with another client, so my time is reserved specially for you.

*Canceling or Rebooking*

When booking an appointment If you have to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least a 24 hours notice In advance. I understand we can not control life and things happen. If you do have to cancel last minute, please be courteous and let me know as soon as possible. If you have an appointment and do not show, and do not let me know, it will be considered a no show. If you no show and want to book another appointment in the future, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment. (Deposit will go towards your service total.) If after that you “don’t show” a second time, I will no longer be able to accommodate you as a client.
